Help is at Hand was founded in 2025 by Marcus Barlow, whose own experiences helping friends and working in related roles inspired him to create a service that truly puts people first. Recognising that many people in Melbourne needed personalised advocacy tailored to their unique situations,

Marcus wanted to build a place where individuals could feel heard, supported, and empowered. At Help is at Hand, we are driven by strong core values and a heartfelt commitment to offering genuine support and a lending hand whenever it’s needed most.
