Client Responsibilities

Agree to calls being monitored, logged and stored securely.

Service Limitations

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with clients who engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. Clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of information about our operations and other clients.

Fees and Payments

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Any fees for ongoing services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before services are provided. We may receive commissions from utility providers when clients switch services, but this does not influence our recommendations.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Help is at Hand are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services in cases of misconduct or breach of these terms.
